Oct 11 : YET programme was organized for 8th, 9th and 10th students on October 7, 2018. A total of 95 students participated in the training programme of which 59 were girls and 36 were boys. Various classes were held for all the three classes.

The day began with registration which was done by Mr Cyril W. Vas, the Coordinator of CAP CELL. Fr Oswald Monteiro led the group into prayer and Mr Cyril welcomed all and spoke about the National level competitive examination for Brilliant Award 2018 conducted by Loxdon India. He thanked both students and their parents for taking interest in YET programme and urged all to attend without missing any class. He also gave a brief description of the day’s various activities and sessions and informed students that there would be some evaluation of their performance at the end of the year.

The sessions of the day were shared among six resource persons, viz. GMAT and Maths by Ms Jonita Rasquinha, English Communicative by Ms Pramila Monteiro, Social and Political Science-Preamble to Indian Constitution and Fundamental Rights by Asst Professor at SAC, Mr Alwin DSouza, Current Affairs by Professor at SAC, Mr Alwyn Dsa, Soft Skills: People Skills, Emotional Intelligence and How to use emotions constructively by Ms Stella Roche and various examinations like NTSE and our preparedness by Mr Cyril W. Vas. The Holy Eucharist was celebrated by Fr Oswald Monteiro.

The students appreciated the sessions and benefited from the rich resource that was presented to them. They were actively involved in the various activities. All present were provided with breakfast, lunch, tea and snacks.
